Carrying Extra Weight?

Did you know that carrying around a few extra pounds of fat increases your chances of getting cancer. The fact is that obesity is a frequently overlooked factor that can contribute to an increased cancer risk.  In the December 2014 edition of the Journal of Clinical Oncology, obesity is “quickly overtaking tobacco as the leading preventable cause of cancer.”  

Did you know that most DIET foods will actually make you FATTER?  Unfortunately the media SPECIFICALLY targets women far more than men when it comes to fat loss – and offers diet advice that
simply doesn't work…They tell us to eat healthy yogurt that is full of sugar, additives and toxic ingredients.  Diet pop and fruit juices that contain sugar, aspartame and have no nutrition whatsoever.  Prepackaged diet food items that will grow your midsection and lead to chronic inflammation in the body.  Many health foods contain ingredients that are not actually healthy for us at all but damage our gut and brains.

When you try to stop eating these damaging frankinfoods, you also will go through withdrawals making it even more difficult to quit.  With all the misinformation out there, it’s no wonder obesity (and the other terrible health conditions that come with it, diabetes, cancer,) is such an epidemic right now…
